When you submit a booking request through this website, we collect the following personal information:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Home or work address (for the appointment)
- The service you've requested and any notes you provide
We do not collect payment card details — payments are handled in person.
We also collect basic technical data (such as browser type and IP address) automatically through our hosting infrastructure for security and performance purposes. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
How we use your information
We use your personal information solely to:
- Confirm and manage your appointment
- Contact you about your booking via email or WhatsApp
- Send you appointment reminders or follow-up messages
We will never sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the basis of contract performance — i.e. to fulfil the appointment you have requested — and our legitimate interest in managing our business and communicating with clients.
How long we keep your data
Booking records are retained for up to 90 days after your appointment date, after which they are automatically deleted from our systems. Email correspondence may be retained for up to 12 months.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk

Your data is stored securely using Amazon Web Services infrastructure located within the UK/EU region. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.

- Google Fonts — web font delivery (may log your IP address)
