These terms and conditions govern your use of nailsbycameron.com and the nail treatment services provided by Cameron Fletcher, trading as Nails by Cameron. By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Booking & confirmation
Submitting a booking request via this website does not guarantee an appointment. Your booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message from Cameron by email or WhatsApp.
We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion, in which case you will be notified promptly and no charge will be made.
Online bookings can be made up to 3 months in advance. We offer up to two sessions per day — a morning session (9:00–13:00) and an afternoon session (14:00–18:00).
Cancellation & rescheduling
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You can contact us by email at hello@nailsbycameron.com or via WhatsApp.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the appointment value, at our discretion.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to illness, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases we will contact you as early as possible and offer an alternative date.
Late arrivals
We will wait up to 15 minutes beyond the agreed start time. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time or the appointment being treated as a cancellation at our discretion.
Pricing & payment
Current prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of booking confirmation applies to your appointment.
A travel surcharge starting from £5 applies for journeys over 10 miles. The surcharge will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Payment is due on the day of the appointment. We accept cash and bank transfer. We do not currently accept card payments.
Health & safety
Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, nail conditions, or medical circumstances that may affect your treatment prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to decline to perform a treatment if we believe it may cause harm.
You agree to provide a safe, clean, and accessible working environment at your home or premises for the duration of the appointment.
We are fully insured and trained. However, we accept no liability for reactions to products where a known allergy or sensitivity was not disclosed prior to the appointment.
Patch tests
A patch test may be required at least 24 hours before certain treatments (e.g. gel products, acrylics). We will advise you if this applies when you book. Failure to attend a patch test may result in the appointment being cancelled.
Aftercare & complaints
Aftercare instructions will be provided following your treatment. We are not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow aftercare advice.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment at hello@nailsbycameron.com. We will always do our best to resolve any concerns promptly and fairly.
Photographs
We may take photographs of completed nail treatments for use on our website and social media. We will always ask your permission before doing so. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
Website use
This website is provided for information and booking purposes. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all content is current or error-free. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at nailsbycameron.com/terms.html.
